How do I know which size I need?
Start with capacity, measured in cubic inches. A widely used starting estimate is about one cubic inch of capacity for each pound of body weight before cremation. Your funeral home or crematory can confirm the actual volume. Our size guide explains what else to check.
Will my funeral home accept an urn bought online?
Under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Funeral Rule, a funeral provider cannot refuse to handle an urn you bought elsewhere, or charge a fee for doing so. Read the FTC Funeral Rule.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our delivery information. If you need an urn by a particular date, contact us before ordering.
What if my urn arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and take photographs, then contact us. Our returns and damage policy explains the process.
