FAQ

URNSMITH is preparing its cremation urn collection. No products are currently available to purchase.

Can I place an order?

Not yet. Our collection will be published after product information and availability have been verified.

How do I choose a size?

Ask your crematory or funeral professional for the volume that needs to be held. Compare that volume with the confirmed usable capacity of the urn, rather than its exterior dimensions. See our size guide.

How will I know the material and closure?

Check the details for the specific product. Materials, openings and closure methods vary; do not assume every urn opens or closes the same way. See filling & closure guidance.

Can you confirm shipping, returns or damage arrangements?

Our urn ordering arrangements are still being finalized. Contact us with questions before relying on a delivery date or ordering terms.
